Victims, bullies, and bystanders were discussed from psychological and educational perspectives. However, the entire school community and climate also was addressed with emphasis on changes that must be provided by administrators, mental health professionals, teachers, non-professional staff members and parents in order to establish a successful anti-bullying program.
